Konzept Informationssysteme GmbH has acquired the following specific business activities from Thesycon and continues to offer respective engineering and consulting services.

firmware development for microcontrollers, including USB device firmware solutions
general consulting on USB technology, USB device classes and Windows USB device drivers
compatibility and quality check of USB device implementations
problem analysis of USB device and driver issues
general consulting on Windows driver signing and driver installation
Microsoft WHQL certification services for device drivers

Note: Thesycon’s audio device driver business is not affected by this acquisition. Thesycon will continue to offer audio driver solution. All existing license agreements and other contracts remain intact.
